Postpartum Packages
Robust, in-home support. A shift is 4 hours long at $160 per shift.
The Basics………………$960 (24 hours total)
For the practical and budget conscious family.
One shift weekly for six weeks.
The First Forty Days…… $1920 (48 hours total)
Inspired by the traditional time period of 40 days which was historically set aside to recover from birth while being surrounded by support. It is combined with the popular contemporary postpartum package hour amount of 40(ish) hours.
Two shifts weekly for six weeks.
The Fourth Trimester……$2880 (72 hours total)
A lengthier package which scaffolds support throughout your fourth trimester, or first three months postpartum.
First 6 Weeks
Two shifts weekly.
Next 6 Weeks
One shift weekly.

1:1 Postpartum Planning Session 1hr…….$60
During this session, together we review your Nestled in Postpartum Intake Form. The intake will help us make a sustainable plan for recovery and healing, addressing areas such as sleep, health, household tasks, and self-care; this allows us to troubleshoot ares of concern and create a plan. This is particularly helpful for first-time parents as they prepare for Baby. Nothing takes the place of an in-person conversation, especially about something as important as the beginning of your parenting journey
Baby Registry Creation + Review……………………..$140
One of the most overwhelming parts of welcoming a new baby is wondering what they will need. What is the difference between a trendy (and expensive) baby gear item? What are the must-haves? When do I invest in an item? When does middle-of-the road work? Which baby bottle is best and why? Why do some diaper creams cost a few dollars and why are some closer to $20?!
I help you create a registry that will ensure that you are not only truly getting what you need, but a baby registry that will reflect you!
